Screening programme presented at Kunstnernes Hus, Oslo
16.10.2019
‘Not really now not any more’ (after Alan Garner) is a programme of short films intersecting with themes from Folk Horror. Old stories are retold, mythic echoes, deep time is evidenced through traces in the landscape. Contemporary expressions produce connecting threads, time folds into itself letting ghosts and semi-forgotten entities touch the present and beyond.
The screening was followed by a conversation between Erik Martinson and writer Rob Young.
